Disability Management and Early Intervention


Disability Management is using services, people and process to:

  • encourage return to work for employees with disabilities
  • minimize the impact and cost of disability to employers and employees
  • provide effective support and recovery service for disabled clients

This is achieved by:

  • early intervention
  • claims management
  • rehabilitation management and re-employment initiatives

Why Disability Management?

    • there is reassurance that there is some kind of process in place to assist in return to meaningful work
