Client Assistance Response Enquiry System
The CARES® system provides callers the ability to:
- Check on the status of their Extended Health Claim
- Order additional claim forms
- Receive general information on how to file a claim
- Receive general information on claiming deadlines
- Receive general benefit information for vision care, physiotherapy, or chiropractic services.
All of this information is provided without waiting for the next available Service Representative.
Callers are asked to key in their Group and ID numbers and choose from various menu items. These menu options give the Customer Service Representative information about the nature of the call and enables them to answer questions and concerns more quickly.
